Story review Edwina the Emu

Emu is a type of Australian bird which cannot fly an interesting creature to be introduced to children. A story by Sheena Knowles really grabs my attention as this story is very interesting to read. A story of which has an interesting animal in an interesting life of an emu can be related to our life, how interesting that can be.

            Let me tell about the story first. This story is about Edwina and Edward, they were both Emus and they were both live happy together. Edwina later laid ten eggs and she off to search for work living Edward guarding their eggs.  She tries three different types of work but it does not seem to fit her and later she get back to her nest and the best work for her is to be the mother of their little emus.

            The story have a funny illustration and very colourful. I am strongly agreed that this story is very suitable for children even i was interested in reading it. The story also has a fun or happy ending and this type of ending is the type of making children happy. Other than that this story is related to our human life and it brings the value of having a happy family.  Although this story is not very realistic, but the massage in it is relevant to our daily life as a human being.
